Introducing an innovative approach to personal electronics manufacturing! This project aims to enable simple Open Source Hardware creation using only a 3D printer, hands or equivalent, and standard electronic components like capacitors, motors, transistors, etc. Rather than utilizing solder, wires, and breadboards, the code base generates a peg-board PCB and component holder through OpenSCAD software, allowing for hand-wound circuits with conductive thread. The goal is to replace traditional etched PCBs, initially for basic applications like battery holders, push buttons, toggle switches, and LED holders. A proof-of-concept has been printed on an Up! (pp3dp) printer, and the best results have been achieved using this conductive thread: http://www.sparkfun.com/products/10118.
