3D printed Cervical Spine

3D printed Cervical Spine

thingiverse

This is a 3D-printed cervical spine, crafted with precision and care. The model was derived from CT dicom files using InVesalius 3.1 software, allowing for an accurate representation of the cervical spine's intricate anatomy. The STL file generated by InVesalius was then refined in Autodesk Meshmixer, a powerful tool that enabled precise control over the model's geometry and surface details. To replicate this project, I've created a step-by-step tutorial available on my YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/4Cy1mbc0SRg. This video guide provides a clear walkthrough of the process, from initial design to final 3D print. For those who prefer written instructions, I've also published an Instructable at https://www.instructables.com/id/3D-Printed-Cervical-Spine/, which offers a detailed, step-by-step guide to replicating this project.
