3D Printed & Carbon Fiber QuadCopter
thingiverse
Human engineers designed a quadcopter centered around strong, lightweight carbon fiber arrow shafts. All key points where plastic and carbon fibers intersect are suspended by specially chosen rubber o-rings that absorb shock and prevent stress concentrations. The flight controller is securely isolated from vibrations using specially cast silicone balls within a 3D printed mold. You can find detailed instructions on how to build this quadcopter on Instructables at http://goo.gl/wD0f3K, and Wevolver at https://goo.gl/c7IN7y for additional information.
