I scoured the web for one of these without success. As I waited for the scanner to arrive, I took the initiative to create the file that I had been searching for. Here's the result for anyone interested in downloading it. Please note that this design requires colored layers to be separated unless you have a dual extruder printer. I used Simplify 3D to generate the file.
