Here is a 3D printed bow tie and button cover designed for everyday wear that is functional, fashionable, and practical. The software used includes 3D Studio Max, Netfabb, and Rhinoceros 5. The 3D printed bow tie stands for victory, representing creativity, confidence, and success. This unique design replaces traditional bow ties with various functional shapes and materials. The making process combines the use of 3D printers like PLA and ABS with desktop printers such as Makerbot and Ultimaker. Clients can even print them out using industrial printers (SLS) to complete a perfect finished product. I used my Makerbot Replicator 2 to print this product, which was printed separately in three parts before being joined together. Here are the settings I used: * Printer: Makerbot Replicator 2 * Materials: PLA with gold color spray * Infill: 30% * Layer height: 0.15mm * Temperature and speed: default settings * Printing time frame: approximately 1 hour I highly recommend printing each part of the product separately using a desktop printer (FDM) such as Makerbot or Ultimaker to achieve a nice finishing touch. I've designed two versions: "EPIC" and "AWESOME," which look stunning when worn on the arm buttons of my shirts. This product can be printed in various materials and 3D printers, including desktop printers (FDM) or industrial printers like SLS. I used my Makerbot Replicator 2 to print this product. Here are the settings I used: * Printer: Makerbot Replicator 2 * Face lay down on bed * Materials: PLA with gold color spray * Infill: 80% * Speed while traveling: 30mm/s * Speed while extruding: 30mm/s * Printing time frame: approximately 12 minutes This design can be scaled to fit different sizes of buttons, and it works well with various types of shirts and jackets. The file is designed for men's wear, but you can easily modify it to fit your needs.
