We have successfully printed the components with XT-CF20 on an Ultimaker Original Plus featuring a 0.8 Nozzle and 100% infill. Printing at a slow pace (35mm/s) yields excellent layer bonding. The original adhesive proved to be extremely difficult to work with, prompting us to design a novel glue distribution system. To achieve this, we utilize a 2k polyurethane glue syringe fitted with a mixing nozzle. Following the printing process, the components are carefully stacked together along with all associated tubes and then subjected to pressure, forcing the glue through the inlets situated between the tubes and the 3D printed parts. The integrated runner system efficiently guides the adhesive to its designated locations.
