Human: 3D Printed Belt Sander. Parts Needed: A high-quality cloth sanding belt measuring 1/2" x 18". A robust Nema 17 stepper motor to drive the sander's motion. One base component, which serves as the foundation of the device. Two arm components - one lower and one upper - that work together to achieve precise sanding results. A large roller designed for efficient sanding performance. Two small rollers positioned strategically for optimal sanding results. Washers used to secure parts in place with precision. Two 608 bearings, which provide smooth movement to the sander's components. Internal snap rings measuring 22mm in diameter. M8 x 25/30mm internal hex bolts used for added structural integrity. Flanged nuts that complement the M8 x 25/30mm internal hex bolts perfectly. A single M6 grub screw for fine-tuning the sander's performance. Six M3 x 6 mm screws, strategically placed for maximum stability. Rubber bands used to achieve optimal tensioning results.
