3D Printed Bearings
thingiverse
had to make bearings for my filament spool holder that would fit spools with any hole size so thought I'd share the bearing as it was difficult for me to get any working all in one 3d bearings working due to the tolerances. decided to learn fusion 360 and make my own. The dimensions of the bearing is 40mm outer diameter and 10mm inner diameter. if that doesn't work for you I've included the parametric fusion 360 file as well, you just need to change the parameters to adjust the the bearing the way you want. might need to do a bit of loosening of the bearings as I've had 1 or 2 slightly adhered to the edge of the main body my printing settings. printed on glass print bed with sugar water as the adhesion mixture printed on an ender 3 v1 used pla done at 0.28 layer heights adhesion settings off no supports print speed 60 mm/s cooling 100%. could probably work with any cooling setting bed temperature 60 nozzle temp 200
