3d printed Bakugan Prototype

I started working on this project last Thanksgiving, but the idea had been brewing in my mind for over three months beforehand. The goal was to create a themed video that aligned with the Battle Planet reboot, and it ended up being a fun learning experience as I got familiar with Fusion 360. Prototype 1 encountered a major issue - the head shifted severely during printing and covered the peg holes I had made for the wings. This problem needed to be addressed before moving forward. The second prototype saw significant changes. I relocated the peg holes to the base, which helped in some ways but introduced new issues. The wings kept falling out, making it difficult to achieve a stable structure. It was during the third prototype that I started adding more details and addressing the wing issue. This time around, the wings stayed securely in place and the swivel mechanism became much more accurate compared to the original toy. In the final prototype, I modeled the horn and legs, and also fixed the head so it would close correctly as intended. The dragon sphere was printed on my Cetus MK3 using eSun light blue PLA+.
