3D Printed 3D Printer (Non-Functional)
thingiverse
A while back, I started creating a CAD design of my "Sunhokey Prusa i4", with the goal of developing some upgrades for it. After finally completing the model, I decided to print it just because I could. The STL files I've shared weren't created for printing; instead, they were designed to be as precise as possible to the actual machine. As a result, all parts are at 100% scale. I printed mine at 50%, allowing me to fit most of the components on the bed at this scale, but some still had to be cut in half. The entire model is held together with SuperGlue. I can't picture many individuals would want to print a non-functional printer, but if you have a Sunhokey Prusa i4, you may find the detailed 3D design helpful for designing your own upgrades. I've shared this model as a STEP file. If you'd like the SolidWorks files, you can obtain those here: https://grabcad.com/library/sunhokey-prusa-i4-1.
With this file you will be able to print 3D Printed 3D Printer (Non-Functional) with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on 3D Printed 3D Printer (Non-Functional).
