UPDATE: The frame works better with a Hubsan controller than with the Syma controller due to high gains required for fast props/small motor combinations. I deliberately designed this frame to reuse components from the Syma X5C that I disassembled recently. Alternatively, you can also utilize controllers and motors from a Syma X1 or Hubsan X4; these devices share similar-sized flight controller boards and 7mm motors. I successfully tested it with X4 props and my custom micro FPV rig. You can attach the front arms in reverse to achieve a deadcat setup, though its aerodynamics remain uncertain until properly balanced.
