Experimenting with print-ability of a sprocket and classic roller chain. The 6-Tooth Sprocket is designed for 5mm shaft, while the 12-Tooth is ideal for 1/4" bore. Both have set screw holes compatible with a 6-32 tap X 1/8" set screw. Assembling the chain is somewhat tedious, but once you get started it goes fairly quickly. A slight misstep occurred with the chain files; fortunately, that was corrected and re-posted for your reference. Chain files have been revised and additional rollers only file uploaded in case some users need rollers without excessive links. Driven 12-Tooth sprocket has also been included. Improved links and rollers were subsequently uploaded on August 8, 2014, marked as "Chain Test 3". Following caster66's comment, a new design combining link and roller into a single entity, labeled as "Chain Test 4", was produced, albeit at the expense of smoother roller operation. While commercial chains produced similarly are reported to work decently, it's crucial to remember they may be unsuitable for applications requiring high loads or speed due to the inability of rollers to rotate and potentially cause the chain to dislodge from the sprocket. Despite minimal increase in assembly time, results suggest potential reduction in roller operation might indeed decrease efficiency.
