3D Printable Pololu Sprocket

These sprockets work seamlessly with Pololu's rubber tank tracks designed for hobby robots. They integrate flawlessly with the Zumo robot as clearly shown in the accompanying picture. This product is not a clone of the official Pololu offering, but rather a variation engineered to be extremely easy to 3D print. Printing without support structures is possible. A 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height are recommended settings. The axle holes have tolerance adjustments tailored for my printer, although the model can be edited to suit different sized axles.
