Most trolling fishermen use a large piece of plastic to mimic a school of fish, thrashing it around in an attempt to attract salmon. However, it's unclear if this approach actually works, as the results can appear unconvincing at times. This modular fender system is designed to be highly customizable, consisting of three or more printable pieces that can be added and rearranged as needed. It can be easily attached to a trolling rig or downrigger weight, much like any other salmon flasher. The hardware used for this project was sourced from a local Walmart store.
