Hello everyone. Yesterday, I uploaded a 3D cartoon skeleton of a fish, and I called it Fish Skeletoon. As always, I shared my work on Facebook, liking several 3D pages as well as some groups I'm a member of. So, I shared my creation with them too. I uploaded the OBJ for Autodesk, STL for 3D printing, and Iprop for Reallusion's IClone 6.5. After that, someone commented, but his comment was so long; I decided not to waste time reading it when I saw a phrase saying "Who would say they really need this fish skeleton?" This indicated to me that the person didn't like my product, so I replied: It's a 3D world; if you want to be a 3D modeler, you have to be an artist. If you need to be an artist, you need to be creative. And if you want to be creative, you have to be crazy. He kept saying it was useless and no one would find it useful, so I replied that my product is just a funny 3D model of a fish skeleton; someone might think it's nothing while others could see it as treasure. The same thing applies – some people consider the dung of cows and cattles valuable for feeding soil to make it suitable for planting, while ancient Egyptians used cobras' venom to create medicine and gave it the name "Wadget" in honor of the goddess of medicine; now many pharmacies use a viper symbol to put its poison in a glass. I understand that my product will be useful for some people, as I once uploaded items just for practice but others found them valuable while I didn't think they'd sell. Everyone's opinions are different; what one person finds worthless can be another's treasure.
