This design consists of two identical parts that, when printed and assembled, create the components necessary for constructing the CHAMP. The pieces connect around a handrail and along its length, with interlocking pairs sliding together to form a secure fit. They grip tightly onto the handrail cross-section and do not slide, while also connecting end-to-end indefinitely. Each piece requires approximately 38 grams of material at 50% infill, and an optimal print orientation for stress resistance is provided in one rendering.
