I designed a 3D printable bushing, simplifying the process of experimenting with various materials as a bushing. Currently, it's printed in PLA, but I'm unsure if PETG would be a more suitable choice. This setup works adequately for testing purposes, yet the bushings require lubrication and still produce a creaking sound with each movement. In comparison, the igus bushings JSM-1012-10 exhibit significantly less noise and operate more smoothly.
