This is a 3D Printable BLDC HallbachMotor. The rotor has a diameter of 49mm and 62mm in length. The rotor as 8x4 slots for magnet with dimensions 40mmx10mmx4mm and 40mmx5mmx5mm.The stator has a outer diameter of 83.822mm & length of 70mm.when winding use a combination of to 6 copper wire of .45mm diameter.Each coil should have 30 to 45 turns. The stator has to covers with thread on either ends.Use 8mm metal shafts.The design comes with collets of inner diameter 8mm and 20mm outer diameter and height of 10mm placed at either ends of rotor this is used to prevent the metal shafts from slipping. Use 2 ball bearing of dimension 14mmx8mmx4m.Use 3mm screw for tightening. The motor can be printed with ABS, PETG.
