With these files, you'll be able to build a 10V DC generator that fits in the palm of your hand. It requires a few common materials: 26 AWG enameled copper magnet wire, two 608 ball bearings, twelve 3/4 inch x 1/8 inch neodymium magnets, and one 16d nail. Using them, you can create a functioning generator within two hours. Begin by printing all the necessary parts, including three bearing diameter adaptors. Next, use your copper wire to wind around the winding guide in about 100 turns. To achieve this, simply weave the wire up and down through the arms. Once you have this winding in place, fit it into the outer casing along with one 608 bearing. The rest of the components can be arranged accordingly: two sets of magnets inserted into magnet slots, and another bearing positioned into the top plate hole. For smooth revolution, use real bearings; however, 3D printed alternatives may cause less than perfect rotation due to some loss of movement efficiency. Two bearing adaptors are also necessary for each ball-bearing, so add those to your list as well. When you're all set up with your bearing and magnet setup, position the 16d nail carefully, ensuring a mere one-sixteenth inch tolerance exists between the top plate's bearing hole and the bottom of the magnet holster. Secure this in place using a dab of glue. Once that dries, insert your remaining adaptors onto the end of the nail, right where it enters the bearing of the outer casing. With everything now fitted in place properly, attach a hand crank or turbine head to produce electricity instantly!
