3D Print Respirator/Mask with Silicone Overmold
thingiverse
A 3D printable respirator mask has been designed, based on the Montana Mask model and incorporating silicone over-molding for enhanced comfort and a precise fit. The printing process was carried out on an Ender 3 using PLA material. To ensure smooth operation between 0-30 seconds, food-safe two-part silicone is utilized. The STL files are provided in inches, so users with metric slicers will need to scale them up accordingly. A medium size can be achieved by adjusting the scaling factor to 2540%.
