This Tool Organizer Box is designed for BLV and Ender or other 3D printer users, including the 4020 model. I will add a 2020 or 3030 option. ## Description The total size of this box is 40mm x 150mm x 200mm. This is a tool box because the interior space of BLV is quite large. There are many tools and accessories in daily printing, which makes it difficult to put them away after use. As a result, the bottom of BLV becomes a tool box or even a trash can. Users tend to throw anything into it, which is not a good habit. I found many tool storage solutions, but none of them satisfied me. That's why I designed this tool box, possibly over-designed, requiring around 20 hours to print. ## Features You can modify the design according to your needs. I will provide step files for easy modification. Each drawer is removable and has a rubber band holder to keep it in place. This way, even when moving the printer, the drawers won't fall off. There's a large extruder head storage box (20x146x48mm) that can hold 33 extruder heads. It's easy to remove and take out as a whole. A screw box (15x146x38mm) stores M3, M5 screws, nuts, and has separate compartments for easy separation. There's also a tool plate for quick measurement of screw sizes, diameters, and spacers. A small tool box (30x146x38mm) can store hex keys, files, etc. A large tool box (70x146x38mm) stores tape, glue sticks, scissors, and other tools. At the top is a removable vertical socket that can be quickly disassembled and secured with 1.75mm thread. I designed the hole size according to my own needs, but you can modify it based on your tool sizes (e.g., pliers, shovels, screwdrivers). Each drawer has an elastic band holder to connect the drawer to the box body, allowing it to retract. ## Printing No support is required for printing. The tool plate should be printed at a high speed with <=0.2mm layer height to ensure accurate measurements. If you're using 0.2mm layers, you can change colors after 23 layers for better visibility.
