3D pen2 mini master spool and mount

I needed a custom spool mount for my new 3D pen, but I wasn't thrilled with the available options. So, I took the existing design from BManx2000, modified it, and created a mini master spool that fits perfectly. I also added hooks to secure the spool mount to my 3D pen and attached a TPU strap for extra stability. Here's what you'll need: 1 x M5x40mm screw 1 x M5 lock nut 2 x Ball Bearing 625 2RS 5x16x5 Now, let's install the spool mount. First, insert the M5 lock nut into the spool mount body. Next, screw in the M5x40mm screw into the spool mount body - this locknut acts as a precision shim for the bearing to ride against. To secure the spool mount to your 3D pen, twist it into place and lock it down with the TPU strap or rubber band. Next, let's assemble the mini master spool: 1. Install the bearings in the spool bodies. 2. Add the spool hub (optional - I didn't install mine and it works fine without). 3. Feed a few mm of filament into one of the 3 holes in spool 2. 4. Screw spool 1 and spool 2 together. 5. Start winding your mini master spool to load it up with filament. 6. When you're done loading filament, mount the spool and lock it down with the spool lock. 7. Finally, turn on your 3D pen, select your filament, and wait for it to heat up before feeding your filament into the 3D pen and starting to print.
