This file was created from scratch in Fusion 360, carefully tracing every dimension of the original design. The new model has a reduced height of 5.2mm and streamlined logos for faster printing, plus optimized fillets and a tweaked layout to simplify attachment of TPU straps, making it easier to print with a large nozzle. I will be uploading PrusaSlicer project files soon, including both single-print and stacked prints. With an 0.8mm nozzle, one print on the Prusa MK2 takes just 25 minutes to complete. Two different versions are available: shield_40 and shield_45, representing hole sizes for TPU straps of 4.0mm and 4.5mm respectively. I suggest trying out the shield_040 design first and testing how it fits a 3mm object through the holes. If you find it too tight, as I did when printing with a large nozzle, switch to the shield_45 model.
