A protective cover and cable organizer are available for the 3D Connexion SpaceNavigator. I created 'Cover1' using a 3D printer and use it when transporting my 3D mouse in a laptop bag. 'Cover2', which has been updated to improve its clip-fit, is yet to be prototyped. My inspiration for these covers came from the durable Sennheiser earphones that have lasted eight years due to their built-in carrying case while being frequently on-the-go.
