My masterpiece "Tawamure of Inishie" has been selected as a notable work and received an award in the Japan Jewellery Award 2015 (JJA2015) contest, one of the most prestigious and historic jewelry contests. This achievement is for my creation called Monkeys series - 366 days CAD life -, which showcases a 3D monkey figure. The local town I live near, Kagawa, particularly Shodoshima Island known for its olives, provides an authentic setting that can be clearly seen in the picture. In addition to presenting the 3D-monkey figure with various poses, the series aims to humanize monkeys and bring them closer to us. This particular piece of art features a monkey holding the necklace on which a Quruli pendant is passed through the tail.
