I had the privilege of seeing my artwork "Tawamure of Inishie" selected as one of the most notable pieces at the prestigious JJA2015 Japan Jewellery Award contest. It's truly an honor that I'm sharing this news with everyone. One of my most prized masterpieces in the Monkey series, which took 366 days to complete using CAD technology, is now being announced to the world. I'm a proud local of Kagawa Prefecture, famous for its high-quality olives grown on the picturesque island of Shodoshima. There's something endearing about how this mischievous little monkey figures in one of my designs, radiating innocence as it plays carefree... My 3D-Monkey collection continues to evolve, with new, varied poses adding an element of surprise and excitement to each piece. This latest creation showcases the relatable bond between monkeys and humans - an idea I hope to explore further in future series. The finished pendant takes its final form when you attach it to a chain, with the monkey's tail acting as the perfect accompaniment to any outfit.
