In 2015, I achieved recognition as a selected work in an esteemed jewelry contest called JJA, or Japan Jewellery Award. A particularly remarkable piece from my Monkey Series - entitled "Monkeys," created through a CAD system over 366 days - caught their eye. This sculpture comes from Shodoshima Island, known for its olive trees, and showcases the playful innocence of a young monkey at play. Through this collection, I showcase multiple 3D-Monkey figures, each exhibiting various poses. These unique designs allow the observer to relate closely to these endearing characters, reminding us of the connections we have with fellow human beings. As the tail passes through, my Monkeys are ready to be worn as pendants around one's neck.
