3D Modeling of the Laughing Buddha, also known as the Happy or Fat Buddha, is a high-poly mesh featuring around 1.2 million faces and 600,000 vertices. The photogrammetry process utilized a Canon EOS M50 camera, capturing approximately 100 photographs, in conjunction with a phototent+turntable setup and dual softbox lighting. Software tools employed include Agisoft Photoscan for 3D model generation, MeshLab for refining the mesh, and Meshmixer for final optimization.
