The A-100 "Premier" is a Russian airborne early warning and control aircraft based on the Il-76MD-90A, which is equipped with a powerful PS-90A-76 engine. This aircraft can detect and track up to 300 air, sea, and ground targets while also controlling drones in real-time. As an advanced air command post, the A-100 ensures stable communication with various groups of forces at all times. The aircraft receives vital information not only from its advanced radar system but also from space satellites orbiting above. Built around a multifunctional aviation complex for radar surveillance and guidance (IAC RLDN), this state-of-the-art system features an active phased array antenna that provides unparalleled detection capabilities. Plans were in place to begin delivering the A-100 "Premier" to the Russian Air Force as early as 2016. The A-100 "Premier" model is now available for the game Cities: Skylines.
