The Boeing AH-64 Apache is a twin-turboshaft attack helicopter made in America with a tailwheel-type landing gear setup and a tandem cockpit for two crew members. It comes equipped with a nose-mounted sensor package for target detection and night vision systems. The aircraft is armed with a 30mm M230 chain gun mounted between the main landing gear, under its forward fuselage, and four hardpoints on stub-wing pylons for carrying weapons and supplies, typically including AGM-114 Hellfire missiles and Hydra 70 rocket pods. The AH-64 has built-in redundancy in its systems to enhance combat survivability.
