3d Marble Maze
thingiverse
Human: 11mm Hole Marble Puzzle Maze. Reach the goal by guiding a ball bearing through the entire maze from one hole to another. Discover a secret chamber for an added challenge! Supply a 3/8 inch diameter ball bearing. Overhangs may cause issues in certain passages, so shake the puzzle vigorously with the ball inside to break up any blockages. If you're having trouble finding the solution, just blow into a hole and the ball will find its way out. Print Settings: Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer Model: Rostock MAX Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill Percentage: 20% Notes: This print takes a long time to complete, approximately 14 hours on my Rostock. Printed Weight: Approximately 90g Design Process: I created the marble maze in Tinkercad starting with a 19mm cube. I tapered each edge and assembled all 27 cubes into a 3x3 cube. Next, I designed the holes and tunnels using cylinders and spheres, rotating them to create 90-degree turns, straightaways, and T intersections. I grouped the tunnels together and aligned them with the 3x3x3 cube.
