3D Manuever Gear for Playmobils - Attack On Titan
thingiverse
This project is a miniature model about the 3D Maneuver Gear of the famous cartoon Attack on Titan. I'm a big fan of this show and, besides, I enjoy making Playmobil videos. So, I challenged myself to make a video where a Playmobil used the 3D Maneuver Gear. First, I am not a professional at creating 3D models. So, I searched for the 3D Maneuver Gear parts on the internet and reduced their size. I did many tests until I got the correct size. Second, I only printed the first three files. The remaining files are supplementary, but I don't recommend printing them because if your printer has a small error while printing, they won't fit. These are small parts that need a lot of accuracy. However, if you want to print these files, go ahead. Third, the blades, although they look inappropriate for their amplitude in the preview, once printed, they look fine. I changed their amplitude because they were too thin. Fourth, the back part doesn't need support because I put it together with another 3D editor. However, it's the part that prints worst and is the most delicate. Besides, the gas tank and the blades box, which are separate, although I never printed them separately, I recommend using support. Fifth, the blades can't fit into the blades box. Finally, to hold the 3D Maneuver Gear around the Playmobil, I used white and brown modeling clay. Besides, I used brown modeling clay to simulate the soldier's clothes. I also printed the cadet symbol and put it behind him, just like in the cartoon. That's all, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me. Shinzou wo Sasageyo!
