Villa02, a 3D building model designed for VR AR immersive experiences, is available in multiple file formats such as 3DSMAX 2012 and 2017, MB 2016, and FBX. The model includes four LOD levels that significantly reduce project resource consumption. Centimeters are the unit of measurement, and it corresponds to real-world dimensions. Model faces are triangular or quadrilateral for direct engine importation. Windows are separate entities for easy customization. UV mapping is divided into two channels, enabling immediate illusory engine lighting setup. LOD details: LOD0 with 3,779 polygons and 5,068 vertices; LOD1 with 2,491 polygons and 3,434 vertices; LOD2 with 1,013 polygons and 1,669 vertices; and LOD3 with 504 polygons and 1,115 vertices. The texture map set includes three diffuse maps (1024*1024 and 512*512) and two normal maps in TGA format.
