3D Hydroelectric power plant
thingiverse
This is a stylized reproduction of a fully functional hydroelectric power plant, capable of generating approximately 3/4 volts with a maximum current output of 0.9 amperes. I designed and built this innovative model for an academic contest in my school, relying solely on the following components: A plexiglass cylinder serves as the central structure; Various lengths of piping provide a conduit for water flow; A strong adhesive bond is achieved through the use of resistant glue; A precision-crafted assembly consists of ball bearings and rods; A dynamo without internal resistance allows for optimal energy production; A sturdy wooden base provides a foundation for the entire system; Water, as expected, plays a crucial role in the operation. Upon completion, I can successfully power multiple LEDs (six or seven units) using this innovative setup.
