We built a contemporary house on an expansive 176.8 square meter plot, specifically designed as a rectangular space at 13 meters in width and 13.6 meters in length. The ground level comprises a garage, retail shops, and the two upper floors that are duplicated. This sleek modern villa culminates in a fully exposed, unobstructed rooftop area. In perfecting the final touches, we dedicated all our attention to ensuring the consistency of the four facades, carefully designing them to appear identical from any vantage point. Similarly, we adhered to an interior design philosophy that avoided clutter and maintained a uniform aesthetic by keeping walls unpainted, leaving them raw and untouched, and refraining from mixing various materials throughout the property. Rooms remain segregated through the strategic placement of walls, devoid of any ornate doors or elaborate trim. Our hope is that this exceptional abode finds its ideal buyer and meets with immediate enthusiasm.
