This is an MOSFET mount designed specifically for the upgraded MOSFET from 3D Freunde: https://www.amazon.com/3D-Freunde-Heat-Sink-Mainboards/dp/B07769QPNZ/ It's engineered with a hole pitch (centre-to-centre spacing) of 63*53mm, making it compatible with other MOSFETS that share the same pitch. I utilized this mount to secure the MOSFET to a ground plate adjacent to my printer. To do so, use four M3x5 (or longer) screws paired with an M3 nut to securely fasten the mosfet to the holder.
