Introducing a compact desk-mount design featuring a 608 ring bearing, this low-profile accessory securely holds standard 2lb filament spools. To assemble, print the base and top parts using a Printrbot Simple. Obtain a skateboard's ball bearing for attachment; no gluing is required as the fit should be snug. However, super glue can be used for added permanence, if desired.
