3D Filament Meter
thingiverse
Are you looking for ways to track your 3d filament consumption? Maybe you handle multiple spools and want to know exactly how much is being used from each one. This way, you'll have a better grasp of your stock levels. We all know that a standard 1kg coil typically contains around 330 meters of filament. By measuring the exact amount of filament consumed, you can make an educated guess about when it will run out. I've noticed that slicer programs often don't accurately track time or length consumed. This is why I decided to create a device that measures both time and filament usage for each spool.
