3D Factory X1 Low-poly 3D model

A low-poly factory model is provided without the need for any additional plugins to open it. It's suitable for games, high-resolution renders, magazines, and production purposes due to its ease of use. Each building in the model has textures of 2048 & 4096 pixels. Texture files are included in the ***_tex.zip archive. The available file formats include *.c4d, *.max, *.3ds, *.obj, *.dae, *.fbx, and *.blend. The native format is Cinema 4D R13, with no third-party plugins required. Previews were rendered in Cinema 4D R13 using standard materials. Max files can be loaded in 3ds Max 2010 or higher versions. The model was exported from Cinema 4D R13 to obj/3ds/fbx and dae formats, which work correctly. However, the lighting/render scene is not included. The model consists of 102,985 polygons and 122,981 vertices. Please note that exterior scenes, game-ready terrain, buildings, and props are available in our other products if needed.
