3D Fabric Experimentation

3D Fabric Experimentation

thingiverse

I'm exploring ways to print intricate designs onto fabrics like tulle and organza, which will eventually be used to create one-of-a-kind costumes and clothing. I've put together a growing collection of patterns that I'll continue to update as new ideas emerge. To successfully print on fabric, it's best to start by printing a few layers first, then pause the process and carefully lay down your material before resuming the print job. Starting the print directly on the fabric may work, but the bond won't be as strong or durable. If you've created some amazing prints using this technique, feel free to share them in the "Made" section of our community website or join our Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/209221796292529/ and connect with others who are experimenting with this process.
