3D Cube Puzzle
thingiverse
I had one of those 3D bamboo puzzles sitting around that I finally attempted to solve, but ended up breaking a piece while trying to turn it, so I created a new one by making minor adjustments to fit the original puzzle perfectly. However, since it looked out of place, I decided to print the rest of the pieces for a complete puzzle. The puzzle consists of two different types of pieces, which I call A and B pieces. In total, there are 8 A pieces, and 4 B pieces that need to be assembled together. I printed the puzzle in Hatchbox Wood PLA using advanced technology, with 100% infill (a bold move, but one that paid off) on a state-of-the-art MP Select Mini. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Select Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 100 Infill: 100% Notes: The 100% infill was an overkill, but it turned out to be a successful move; 25% would have been more than sufficient.
