I made some tweaks to the latch, but haven't tested-printed it yet. If you print this, please let me know if the latch works properly. Thanks! I created this thing because I needed a way to carry my 3D mouse without it getting jostled around excessively. The idea is that it sits compactly in the case with the joystick suspended upside-down so that it doesn't get damaged. The latch isn't ideal, but it does its job well enough for me. I used 2.85mm filament as a hinge pin. Don't forget to print the latch on its side for added strength. I just uploaded a new version of the base, which hopefully fixed the issue with the SpaceMouse fitting snugly into the corners without any gaps. If you print this, please let me know if that problem is resolved too! Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .1 Infill: 15 Notes: The support structure probably isn't necessary, but I used "touching buildplate" just to be safe with the overhang on the hinges. Post-Printing: You might need to do some light sanding in a few spots to get them to fit together (mainly with the latch). I had to force it into place pretty hard and tap it gently with a screwdriver a few times to get it fully seated. But that eliminated the need for the original pin hole, so it's all good.
