3D Block Zoo Stingray

Watch here: https://youtu.be/G2XgFM4dte4 That's right! Day 10 of printmas is underway and I'm adding to the #3DBlockZoo. https://twitter.com/search?q=%233dblockzoo&src=typd I design a block stingray, bringing it to life in Fusion 360 by sketching out a diamond shape for the body and using splines to create the tail. Next, I add chamfers and fillets before giving the eyes some personality with spheres. Then I print it out on my Da Vinci 1.0 Pro, but I need to push the layer height down to 0.05mm to smooth out the slight slope of the body. After that, I hand it over to my wife who adds a splash of color by spray painting the main body and using a paintbrush to add detail to the eyes. If you create something for the block zoo, don't forget to share it with the hashtag #3DBlockZoo!
