3D Block Zoo Peacock
cults3d
My final entry into the block zoo for #3DPrintmas arrives in the form of a peacock! I thought this one would be particularly fun because peacocks boast an abundance of wild features. First, I created this design in Fusion 360. I began by building a block that captured the main characteristics, then sketched out a single feather for the tail and replicated it across the body. Next, I added smaller details such as the eyes using another sketch. After that, my wife coated the main body with the primary blue color. Then, I stepped in with acrylic paints and paintbrushes to bring the tail and all the finer details to life.
