3D BL Touch Mount for Compact Extruder

I needed a fast and easy-to-make 3D BL Touch mount for my compact extruder just so I could connect it up and test it. This is an adjustable single-point mount that fitted perfectly on the idler pivot by using a slightly longer screw. Essentially, it will fit anywhere with a single screw as long as there's space, since the adjustment offers about 25mm to set the BL Touch at the correct height. It worked so well I probably won't print a more comprehensive mount.
