Well, my connection was restored just now after going down for over a month because we had neglected to pay. A trip to the company's local office resolved the payment issue, and I got directed to call their customer service line. Back at home, they initially brought up the delayed payment notice instead of acknowledging receipt of the current payment. In exasperation, I headed back out after dark to clear this up with the different rep who advised against making a further payment. Frustrated by being consistently put off without any feedback, I had attempted to contact customer service multiple times to no avail. Meanwhile, three full days went into brainstorming ideas for new product concepts. The next day I was learning about an emerging tech solution which actually ended up serving as the basis of a brand new item, created this same morning. Fortunately, these sorts of items do provide some value, yet their benefit can go unseen unless others with proper understanding become aware of them, thus likely slowing any re-start in my previous uploading.
