There are numerous compact webcam cameras that come on a 38mm square circuit board, and this mount enables you to attach one of these cameras to a tripod for stable footage. The camera simply clicks into place. The mount features a 3/8" thread, allowing you to utilize a standard 3/8" to 1/4" tripod adapter to secure a metal thread that will last indefinitely. Prints are achieved without support materials when lying flat on the back surface. Update: A printable 3/8" to 1/4-20 thread adapter has been published, offering an excellent way to incorporate high-quality printed threads into this setup.
