I was searching for recessed basing for my brand-new 10mm WW2 Pendraken miniatures when I stumbled upon OntologicalShock's meticulously crafted Figure Squad Basing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2071698, which I customized by adding a flat round disk created from a flattened Rostock Calibration Cylinder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:139113. These are sized to fit 38mm (1.5in) and stand at 4mm tall with a built-in 2mm recess, aligning perfectly with the standard for metal cast figures across many scales. The integrated pips were the icing on the cake, allowing me to color-code different units and sections with ease. Kit-bashed in Simplify3D using PLA from Materio3D.com
