380 Brass case separator

Thanks to Surrogate for designing the Brass Case Sorter, a set of 3 brass case separators. Sorting out 380 cases remained a challenge. I discovered that range pick-up brass came in various diameters - 9mm was 0.390" to 0.394", and 380 was 0.378". To separate them efficiently, I modified Surrogate's 9mm separator to have slots measuring 0.383" wide, catching 9mm brass on top while allowing 380 brass to fall through. Depending on your printer's printing quality, you may need to lightly file the slots to ensure smooth separation of 380 brass. Be cautious not to over-file, as this can cause 9mm brass to pass through too easily. This method works only for un-resized brass cases.
