38 Special Hollow Point

A 38 special round with a hollow point. This round was tested by a friend who likes to reload ammunition. Works well enough to be shot out of a gun but outcome may be different depending on the amount of powder used. This was also not tested for range, was only tested for a few feet to see if this would even work. Testing worked out well since it was able to blow through cardboard and against ballistic gel it would made a small hole where some of the bullet would get stuck but would also shatter on other parts. It works out well and hopefully soon I'll put up more rounds and different types of tips. Comments and feedback are appreciated.
